Yes! To guarantee your spot, we recommend booking your play session online in advance. Space is limited to keep playtime safe and comfortable for everyone.

Walk-ins are welcome, but entry is subject to availability. If we’re at capacity, we’ll ask you to wait for the next available session. Booking online ensures your child can play right away when you arrive.

Please note that bookings are non-refundable, but we’re happy to move your playtime when possible.

Absolutely! Memberships can be canceled anytime and will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Yes, while our staff is here to help, adults must supervise their children at all times. 

Outside food is not allowed, but we offer a selection of light snacks and premium coffee at our cafe. 

We offer a full refund or rescheduled for party’s cancellation with at least two weeks notice.
Cancellation made less than 3 days before the event will lose their entire deposit.

We recommend arriving on time, as your booking ends at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, we cannot extend party time for late arrivals. 

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food or catering if you’ve booked a private event or party with us. We also offer catering options to make your celebration smoother. Please note no alcohol is allowed in the facility.

While we strive to be allergy-friendly, we are not a certified nut-free facility. Please inform our staff of any allergies when you arrive.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own decorations. We just ask that nothing is taped to painted walls and that confetti or glitter is avoided. We also offer themed party add-ons to make setup even easier.

Pkaboo is designed for kids ages 1–7. Older siblings(8+) are welcome to accompany the family but will not be permitted in the toddler area. They may join for a $10 guest fee.

For the safety of all our little guests. children showing signs of illness (such as fever, persistent cough, vomiting, or rashes) will not be permitted to play. Pkaboo staff reserves the right to check temperature if needed. let’s keep everyone healthy and happy.

Yes! Pkaboo welcomes schools, daycares, and educational groups for fun and engaging visits. We can customize your field trip to include open play, guided activities, or special themes. Please contact us for group rates, scheduling, and availability.

No. Parties and celebrations (including cake, decorations, or gift exchanges) are not permitted in the café seating or lobby area. All parties must be booked through our private party packages to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Admissions are free for babies under 1 years old with paid sibling. If no sibling is attending a $5 guest fee will be added.
